The summer is on its way and it’s time to play. For us, this is one of the busiest times of the year. It’s time to build our skills, meet with other RJ activists and work on expanding the capacity of the organization to build a stronger reproductive justice movement in Georgia. There are three exciting conferences happening in the next couple of months and SPARK is going to be representing RJ organizing in the South.

Over the next 30 days, we will be trying to raise $1000 for SPARK members and staff to participate in three amazing convening’s, Let’s Talk About Sex organized by SisterSong Women of Color Reproductive Justice Collective, the Allied Media Conference, and the 10th Annual Philadelphia Trans Health Conference, the largest trans specific conference in the country. As the one of the few community based reproductive justice organizations in the South, SPARK plays an important role in challenging policies and practices that threaten, criminalize, and police bodies, genders, and sexualities. In order to sustain this work, we need your support!
